By accessing and using The Ritual Experience website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking: The Ritual Experience operates by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Cancellation: We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a $50 fee.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $50 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients.
We provide barbering and grooming services as described on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Tips are appreciated but not required.
Please inform your barber of any skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
Products purchased through our shop are final sale unless defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Points earned through our loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.
The Ritual Experience and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
